Car failed mot on windscreen washer. Tester said he could not hear the washer motor. However I was told to leave the car and pay 150 pounds to find the fault and get an estimate. Also told of danger of using Halfords washer fluid.

I'd dropped off my car on Sunday, as advised by servicing at sales with all my details. I rang on Monday for an update to be told that they didn't have my car! I explained and I was told they'd try to get it in in the afternoon. But they didn't.
