Stevenage Sytner (namely Derek Baker and Rajan Pattni), were excellent at understanding the vehicle that i wanted and helped source my 'dream car'. The 'stop sale' was hugely frustrating but both these guys helped keep me reassured and updated.

Was pro-actively called with regards to the air bag recall (8 years from ownership which was a surprise). Booked a time slot and agreed to wait on site with the car. Had to wait 30 minutes before the car was looked at. Complimentary wash was average.

At a routine service Specialist Cars charged me £1800 to replace a damaged Battery/ Motor drive assembly to avoid a potential explosion. Management would not release the car and accepted no liability. I saw this as a BMW Engineering failure.

The car was in for an MOT. The garage let us take in the car a few days before our appointment as the MOT expired. They also let us collect the car when convenient to us.
