Sytner Bristol were the ones responsible for all the problems. Staff at Bristol are dishonest and incompetent especially Raiya Bird who caused all the arguments but no one in Bristol would escalate complaints. Stevenage by the way were excellent.

I booked in to have BMW dash cam fitted, this include a vehicle health check which revealed I needed 4 new Nexxes Tyres. As the car has only done just under 8K miles from new and has been used normally. I was therefore very concerned tyre quality.
