Sytner Bristol were the ones responsible for all the problems. Staff at Bristol are dishonest and incompetent especially Raiya Bird who caused all the arguments but no one in Bristol would escalate complaints. Stevenage by the way were excellent.

I booked in to have BMW dash cam fitted, this include a vehicle health check which revealed I needed 4 new Nexxes Tyres. As the car has only done just under 8K miles from new and has been used normally. I was therefore very concerned tyre quality.

The short video clip is great and shows the client what you have done and seen. There were a couple of issues that had to be fixed but you were going to send out the car back out to me without those issues being fixed. We want the car fixed

I had major service which was fine. however you looked into an alarm issue, I authorised an hours work which given the diagnostic equipment you have should have been found quickly but you kept coming back for more and more, total bill £1,800, unhappy

I had a great experience at the service centre. The car was completed quicker than I was told. I was greeted at the door and shown who was my service advisor that day, but as he was busy I was offered at seat and a drink until he was available.

The online booking system was annoying, I wanted to speak to someone before attending the service but was unable to do so. I also didn't know the cost. I find it completely unsatisfactory that courtesy cars are in short supply and charged at £26.
