Service advisor was great. So he gets 10/10. I wanted a coffee, machine gave cold coffee, tasted awful. I then had to walk to Starbucks down the road and spend £10 on coffee for me and my mother.

Generally satisfied. Following a fault covered under warranty my car was going to have to stay in longer which was a hassel to deal with as it meant I'd have to swap cars rather than keep the courtesy car I was in.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that I was surprised to have to put air in my tyres 2 days after the service. A puncture was identified but obviously the tyre pressure in the other tyres wasn't checked.

Overall good customer service. Issue with my car was a bit complicated. I was expecting the starter motor to be covered under recall issue. However it wasn't covered and the original bill was £1600 approximately which was reduced to £1250/- .

Service representative was very good. The 90 minute 'while you wait' however is too ambitious. my car took 3 hours, and this was the same for other customers. It's best not to state 90 mins if it can't be realised which it seemingly is the case.
