I had major service which was fine. however you looked into an alarm issue, I authorised an hours work which given the diagnostic equipment you have should have been found quickly but you kept coming back for more and more, total bill £1,800, unhappy

Service on the day was OK. My car failed its MOT on cuts in the two front tyres so I have had two new tyres fitted and now need to book car back in. Liam Donnelly gave me one of his cards to scan the 3D barcode and whats app message him. No answer!

The online booking system was annoying, I wanted to speak to someone before attending the service but was unable to do so. I also didn't know the cost. I find it completely unsatisfactory that courtesy cars are in short supply and charged at £26.

I always get BMW to do everything on my car because I trust them. A little disappointed about their recommendation to change the battery on my car when it wasn't needed. I WFH, so battery gets drained, but the health of it is fine.
