I have been buying BMW 's from Sytner Stevenage and it's predecessor for many years. I have been dealing with Gary Hampton for the purchase of my last 3 cars. I have always found the service I receive from Gary to be exceptional.

I was always updated about the collection date of the car, I never had to call in to ask, because I was being contacted which was an amazing experience. Even a video of the car was sent to me.

Even though the MOT was fine, it had an advisory about a shock absorber problem. These we had replaced by yourselves last year! I was very impressed with the Service Manager for arranging the next visit, to resolve the issue.

Early car drop off is needed to allow people to drop the car off before they go to work. Also no key drop off point which I feel is needed. I had to drop my car in the night before and find transport to get me home.
