I purchased a brand new car from Sytner Stevenage, and on collection I was not informed that I had to arrange collection of my old car with BMW finance dept, I thought it would be a straight swap old for new, which caused me a lot of mucking around .

The appointment was booked in November 25 for Feb 26, your system was only booking up to 31/12/25 and the booking wasnt updated until I replied to your text on 30/12/25. Steven was excellent, on time, polite, courteious and kept me informed

In the end. I was owed a little money. Did it as part of wait service so done in 2 hours. Nice place to sit with tea , barista and biscuits . In particular the agent Sanjeevapalan Gunapa was very helpful, arranged a free clean of car too.

I came a bit early due to less traffic than expected. Greeted by very polite staff and directed to one of the service managers. Took the keys showed me where to wait and where the refreshments were. Hour later car serviced and cleaned. Perfect

Service and personal were very good. Booking the service was diabolical. I want to be able to telephone and talk to someone. Pressing numbers 3or4 times is time consuming and waiting to be rung back does not work and stops me getting on

Changed a battery without consent. Charged for screen wash without consent. 2300 miles on the clock. Bought from the forecourt with no miles why does it need an expensive service on an electric car. Loads of dirt still left after wash. Dissatisfied

Came in for brake fluid service and was told it was done, got in the car and brake pedal went straight to floor so went back in and they re-bled the system which is better now but still doesnt feel right.

I've left 2 messages and sent 2 emails to get confirmation of the costs identified at the healthcheck and have had nothing back. Also not impressed with the telephone system. I think it's a massive backward step not being able to talk to a human.

Overall the service experience was good. I was kept up-to-date on the progress of the work to be done, and was lent a courtesy car while waiting for the parts to come in for the repair.

I have a used car warranty which means that very little is covered. This was not explained to me at the time of booking. Had I known I may have taken the car elsewhere.

The MOT and brake fluid change was fine except the car was not washed. I asked for it to washed. The person who drove the car out said it had been washed but even your service advisor took photos and said it had not been. Was really disappointed.

Overall, I'm very frustrated with the service. It took two full days (one for diagnosis, and one for replacement of part) to simply replace a camera - no parts held, courtesy vehicle situation a joke, slow service on check in (waited 40 minutes)

I've been using BMW Stevenage for nearly 44 years and until Sytner took over I was always offered lifts from and back to the service office. I was advised that lifts back to your office are not now provided. That's disappointing and more difficult

Continual Failure to fix the problem related to Emergency Call System NOT Working, message on Dashboard in place of showing the Car's Mileage. Reported and incorrectly fixed this last 12 months! Fails within 2 weeks of supposed fixing.

Overall, it was very good. The only issue was that my car was only supposed to be in for 1 day to have the work carried out. Then I was informed that it would be a week. The next day I was informed that it would be ready the next day.
