We had no issue with the salesman, Navin. However when we went to pick the car up at the allocated time it wasn't ready and it transpired that the battery was still being charged so BMW's final inspection wasn't complete.

I was very satisfied with Stevenage Sytner Bmw. My previous visit when Stevenage BMW was under different captainship was a total shambles which is why i delayed any previous return. Now it is completely different.

I needed a brake service. No works were undertaken as you didn't have discs in stock (extraordinary for a main dealer!). I was then charged for an SoS warning 'investigation' when I told you want the problem was! Then the quote for discs was wrong!

No issues experienced. They had a look over the brakes when I arrived and said I'd felt a juddering on breaking on the way up but they couldn't locate a problem during a health check.

The adaptive cruise control is flawed. It thinks it's seeing junctions when there aren't any and brakes for no reason as a result.

Terrible guy who served me . Typical example of lazy entitled British worker . I spent so much of my hard earned money and I got rude idiot serving me . Going to stop driving bmw and switch to Audi!

A difficult process of sorting a problem my BMW had in warranty. Firstly told I never turned up to an appointment you cancelled. Had to chase numerous times. Wasn't given a courtesy car and then car not ready. Hassle from the start. Unhappy.

Well I said that i would drop the car off 8am as i required the car in the afternoon unfortunately the work didnt start on mar car untill around 2pm therefore could not collect untill 545pm so weas a little dissapointed

This has caused me stress as I have not been able to work. I need a vehicle for work, a replacement car has not been available and I am unable to drive my car. If work is not guaranteed to high standard by BMW where do we take our vehicles for repair

The service revealed a number of unexpected repairs. Some of these included replacement tyres and I requested BMW to honour Black Circles fully fitted price which Jardines Milton Keynes had always done in the past. This was not possible at Synter.
