i rate john saunders highly not brash just the kind of salesman to talk calmly and clearly. test drive was great john. i had never driven an automatic before but with johns instruction it was a breeze.

Customers service was fine, staff polite, miscommunication around offering a lift home. the delay in getting my car sorted still on going at this point i will visit the site and management

I am an amputee and when I returned to collect my car the receptionist handed me my keys - I asked whereabouts my car was and was told it was somewhere in the middle. Actually it was parked at the rear - meaning my walking became very painful .

Paul Travers was so knowledgeable,polite and a lovely person who went to great lengths to arrange and book us a suitable courtesy car as I needed space for a young adult with Autismn,severe learning difficulties and 94 year old lady.

Service representative was very good. The 90 minute 'while you wait' however is too ambitious. my car took 3 hours, and this was the same for other customers. It's best not to state 90 mins if it can't be realised which it seemingly is the case.
