The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that I was surprised to have to put air in my tyres 2 days after the service. A puncture was identified but obviously the tyre pressure in the other tyres wasn't checked.

Disappointing - having received a call the car was ready I picked up 2 hours after getting the call to then have to sit around waiting - during the handover was told it had been washed and hoovered, it hadn't had either done!

Overall good customer service. Issue with my car was a bit complicated. I was expecting the starter motor to be covered under recall issue. However it wasn't covered and the original bill was £1600 approximately which was reduced to £1250/- .

When booking for the for the inspection. The call centre could not see that I have the extended warranty. The service I received from Sam as the dealer was exceptional. Sam listen to what the fault was. Sam even got a tech to come on road with me

I understand no one wants to work on Saturday but staff at bmw you can tell they hate it I asked to check as my right hand side interior lights stopped working said they would but defielntly didn't even bother

During booking call I was given a drop off time of 1030. However when o registered online I was given 8.45? No real explanation was given when this was mentioned on the day. Otherwise everything was excellent as usual.

I am an amputee and when I returned to collect my car the receptionist handed me my keys - I asked whereabouts my car was and was told it was somewhere in the middle. Actually it was parked at the rear - meaning my walking became very painful .

Service representative was very good. The 90 minute 'while you wait' however is too ambitious. my car took 3 hours, and this was the same for other customers. It's best not to state 90 mins if it can't be realised which it seemingly is the case.

The fault had been seen by a BMW employee however it cleared whilst with you. You decided that was enough despite the inconvenience of having to bring my vehicle in and being without it for several days. The fault was not fixed and has now returned.
