Ben Lau was brilliant, I was booked in for a 90minute service with waiting. but had a family emergency and he went above and beyond to organise a rental for me so that I was able to see family member returning from hospital.

Service excellence, although I hold serious doubts on why the bolts on the wheel were so corroded! Surely this must be a design fault which in turn made it necessary to replace the drive shaft. I would appreciate your feedback on this.
